Dear Annie,

How are you? I am thinking of you and praying for you. I love the smell of lavendar too. Very soothing.

Take care and have a blessed week.

It is often the simplistic actions that can have great effects. You have a very wholesome, and inspiring, way of appreciating and participating with the world.

I took the dog for a walk today. This week has been somewhat of a depressing week. The walk helped though as it is sunny and beautiful in St Pete today.

Thank you for an enlightening post doc!

Dear Annie,
Smells do make us feel better, don't they? As I'm learning more about gardening, I'm researching flowers with great smells to plant in my garden.

When I feel blue, sometimes I spray my mother's favorite perfume on my wrist, and remember how much I loved her. (She died two years ago next month.)
